Can I use the solution for Free?

Yes. You can create a Free account and start designing your home right away. Cedreo provides you with everything you need, from drawing floor plans, interior design and adding furnishings to creating 3D photorealistic renderings.

Do I have to enter my credit card to sign up?

No. After signing up for free, you will be able to start drawing your floor plans and create 3D renderings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Do I need to download anything to start using Cedreo?

Not at all! Cedreo is 100% online, all you need is a strong internet connection. Just sign up, activate your account and get ready to draw.

Once subscribed, can I change my plan? 

Yes, you can upgrade your account to any plan and maintain access to all of your existing projects. However, it is not possible to downgrade your plan from Personal to Free, from Pro to Personal, or from Enterprise to Pro or Personal.

Once you have subscribed to any plan, you will not have the possibility to switch back to the Free plan.

Once subscribed to a Pro or Enterprise plan, can I change my billing frequency?

Yes, you can change your subscription to switch to an annual pricing plan. You will be billed once a year and maintain access to all of your existing projects. However, it is not possible to downgrade your plan to a monthly plan.

What else should I know to use Cedreo with ease?

You will have a better experience when using a high-resolution screen. You will need a mouse to draw and furnish your project.

What’s included in the Free offer?

The Free offer will allow you to create one project in Cedreo with limited access to furnishings and materials and 5 realistic 3D renderings.

Can I buy multiple personal projects?

Yes. You can buy as many personal projects as you want on the same account. Each project comes with 20 rendering credits. Those projects remain available over the duration of your subscription. You can delete and recreate a project as many times as you want, as long as you don’t exceed the number of simultaneous project credits bought.

Can I buy additional renderings?

Yes. You can buy additional renderings for both the Personal and Professional plan. Those additional renderings will be credited to your account but will not reset at the end of the subscription period like the monthly renderings credits.

Can I stop my subscription at anytime?

Yes. If you subscribed to a monthly or annual-based plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time up to the last day of the billing cycle, defined by the date you signed up for a paid plan. Once cancelled, you will still be able to use Cedreo until the last day of the billing period.

What happens to my unused renderings?

If you subscribed to a professional or enterprise, offer then renderings don’t roll over from one month to the next and unused monthly renderings expire:

– for a monthly billed subscription, at the end of the billing cycle.

– for an annually billed subscription, every month, the same day as your subscription.

This does not apply to additional renderings purchased which will remain until they are used with no expiration.

Can I upload CAD files to my Cedreo account?

You can upload a jpeg, png or dwg file and draw your project over it.

What are the minimum system requirements to use Cedreo?

You can use a Windows or Mac computer with core i5 (core i3 could work) with Windows 7+ or OSX 10.10+. The most important thing is the quality of your internet connection. You have to use Chrome (recommended), FireFox, Microsoft Edge or Safari as your web browser.

Do you have a pricing plan for high-volume companies?
