Can I use Cedreo for Free?

Yes. You can create a Free account and start designing your home right away. Cedreo gives you the basic tools to draw floor plans.

What’s included in Cedreo’s Free plan?

The Free plan allows you to create one project in Cedreo to explore basic drawing features. See the feature comparison chart.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for Cedreo?

No. You can start using Cedreo after signing up for free. A credit card is only required if you decide to upgrade.

What payment methods does Cedreo accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

Once subscribed, can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your account to any plan and maintain access to all of your existing projects. However, it is not possible to downgrade your plan from Personal to Free, from Pro to Personal, or from Enterprise to Pro or Personal. Once you have subscribed to any plan, you will not have the possibility to go back to a lower plan.

Once subscribed to a Pro or Enterprise plan, can I change my billing frequency?

Yes, you can change your subscription to switch to an annual pricing plan. You will be billed once a year and maintain access to all of your existing projects. However, it is not possible to downgrade your plan to a monthly plan.

Can I buy multiple personal projects?

Yes. You can buy as many personal projects as you want on the same account. Each project comes with 20 rendering credits. Those projects remain available over the duration of your subscription. You can delete and recreate a project as many times as you want, as long as you don’t exceed the number of simultaneous project credits bought.

Does Cedreo offer additional rendering packs?

Yes. You can buy additional renderings for both the Personal and Pro plan. Those additional renderings will be credited to your account but will not reset at the end of the subscription period like the monthly renderings credits.

Can I cancel my Cedreo subscription at any time?

Yes. If you subscribed to a monthly or annual-based plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time up to the last day of the billing cycle, defined by the date you signed up for a paid plan. Once cancelled, you will still be able to use Cedreo until the last day of the billing period.

What if I cancel my subscription before it’s expired?

If you’d like to cancel before your subscription period has ended, you will have access to your account up until the end of the period (monthly or annual) you have paid for. After that, it will be canceled. No refund will be issued for the unused subscription period. We hope you will come back and try us again as we’re adding new features continuously.

What happens to my unused renderings?

If you subscribed to a Pro or Enterprise plan then renderings don’t roll over from one month to the next and unused monthly renderings expire:
– for a monthly billed subscription, at the end of the billing cycle.
– for an annually billed subscription, every month, the same day as your subscription.
This does not apply to additional renderings purchased which will remain until they are used with no expiration.

Does Cedreo have a plan for high-volume companies?

Yes. If you need to work as a team and need to share your projects or construction drawings, we have a plan that can meet your needs. Let’s talk about it!

Are the free and personal plans time-limited?

A Free account will be accessible for 3 years unless you subscribe to a paid plan before the end of 3-year period. If you don’t, your project will be deleted at the end of this 3-year period.
A Personal account will be accessible for 10 years unless you subscribe to a Pro or Enterprise plan before the end of 10-year period. If you don’t, your project will be deleted at the end of this 10-year period.

Do I need to download anything to start using Cedreo?

Not at all! Cedreo is 100% online, all you need is a strong internet connection. Just sign up, activate your account and get ready to draw.

What are the recommended system requirements to use Cedreo?

To ensure the best and most optimal experience while using Cedreo, we recommend meeting the following specifications.

For PC
– UsersOperating System: Windows 11 (Windows 10 is no longer guaranteed as official support ended in late 2025).
– Processor (CPU): Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or higher.
– Graphics Card (GPU): An integrated or dedicated graphics card.
– Memory (RAM): 16 GB minimum.
– Computer Age: Less than 4 years old.

For Mac Users
– Operating System: macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 15 (Sequoia), or macOS 16 (Tahoe). Note: macOS 13 and 14 are no longer guaranteed due to ended support.
– Model: MacBook Pro.
– Memory (RAM): 16 GB minimum.
– Computer Age: Less than 4 years old.

Browser & Internet Requirements (All Users)
– Recommended Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
– Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is required.

What else should I know to use Cedreo with ease?

You will have a better experience when using a high-resolution screen. You will need a mouse to draw and furnish your project.
